MCBC PRAYER ITEMS 09/08/22

1 Corinthians 3:5-7 5What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, even as the Lord gave opportunity to each one. 6I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth. 7So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.

I. KINGDOM CONCERN

A. SOVEREIGN GRACE CHURCH MAKATI | Pas. Tony Reyes

  1. Pasasalamat sa additional elder na si Bro. Mark na na-ordain as pastor last Aug. 12. Pumunta dito si Pas. Boy Dadula.
  2. Pakiabot sa MCBC Family ang aming pasasalamat sa financial support para sa aking insulin. Maraming salamat po. Pinasasalamatan namin ang Panginoon sa pagmamahal at malasakit sa amin.
  3. Sa darating na Sunday na pagsamba na ingatan ang mga patungo dito na mga galing sa Cavite, at meron din galing sa Montalban at sa Antipolo. Manatili nawa sila na nananabik sa Salita at tumungo sa kaligtasan ng kanilang kaluluwa.
  4. Prayer sa mga magtuturo/mangangaral. Bigyan ng talino sa pag-aaral – Pas. Mark, Bro. Juni sa hapon at ako sa tanghali pag kinakaya tumayo.
  5. Prayer sa mga batang maliliit na sa mura nilang edad ay buksan sila ng Panginoon na katagpuin nila ang Tagapagligtas. Meron silang Children’s Sunday School after lunch.
  6. Prayer for open doors para sa Bible studies. Meron sa Tipas at dito lang sa malapit. Nawa magbukas pa ang Panginoon ng tahanan.
  7. Prayer for Sarah Abanes, member na kailangan ng hip replacement surgery. Nangangailangan ng malaking halaga. Makati Med lamang ang meron ganun operasyon. Sa ngayon ay naglilikom ang church fimancial para sa nasabing operasyon.

B. REFORMED BAPTIST BIBLE CHURCH – SANTA ROSA | Pas. Marlon Dalin

  1. Thanksgiving sa pagpapatuloy ng gawain dito sa amin. Thanksgiving sa mga visitors, regular attendees sa kanilang pagpapatuloy.
  2. Pakipray ang mga regular services ng church, preaching, at Sunday school.
  3. Pakipray din si Mark Orlino na pumapasok sa GMA, Cubao.
  4. Patuloy na kalusugang spiritual at physical ng lahat.

C. NAGA SOVEREIGN GRACE BIBLE CHURCH | Pas. Boy Juntado

Thanksgiving 

  1. Last Sunday, September 4, 2022, the Lord added two new members. And one of them was baptized last Saturday, September 3, 2022.
  2. The increase in commitment of some members to worship God every Sunday. They made Sunday Worship their priority over their work.

Prayer Requests

  1. Pray for the conversion of the visitors and the sons and daughters of the members who keep on attending every Sunday. Bruce, the husband of a member named Annie, regularly attends worship service and weekly Bible study. Pray for conversion.
  2. Pray for Pili Mission (led by Reymar Morada), there are more than 10 regularly attending the Afternoon Sunday service. Pray for conversion and the Lord will be pleased to establish a church at Pili.
  3. We will be celebrating our 11th church anniversary. Pastor Rene Maramara is our invited speaker.
  4. Pray for Reymar Morada and Rance Dela Cruz who are helping in preaching. 

D. OZAMIZ REFORMED BIBLE CHURCH | Pas. Cristy Docdoc

  1. Nagpapasalamat po kami sa Panginoon sa awa Niya. May mga members po kami na natamaan ng flu sa mga nakalipas na linggo at kami rin pong buong family, at mayroon ding natamaan ng measles, ngunit ngayon ay gumaling na.
  2. Pray po patuloy sa health ng bawat members lalo na ngayon ay panahon ng tag-ulan.
  3. Pray din po sa mga gawain sa church – Sunday services, youth Bible study, women’s fellowship, at children’s Bible study.
  4. Pray sa paglago sa kalusugang espiritual ng bawat members at sa plano na magkakaroon ng church fellowship ngayong October 31 to November 1 po.
  5. Pray din po sa financial na pangangailangan para sa pag-build ng church building namin.

E. TAGUM CITY REFORMED BAPTIST CHURCH | Pas. Jonard Samejon

Thanksgiving

  1. For God’s provision in the church building project
  2. For the opportunity to oversight one of the Pentecostal groups (One Way outreach) in Carmen Davao del Norte. The 25 attendees of this group are joining in our BS and Lord’s Day worship.
  3. For the unity of every member in the ministries of TCRBC. 
  4. For 7 potential members who undergo the membership class.
  5. For 3 faithful men who help me in the ministry of preaching.
  6. For the opportunity in Tagum KMBI company as a regular preacher.

Prayer requests

  1. Pray for the continual provision of God in finishing the church building as we will start our Worship in the new location on the first Lord’s Day of October.  
  2. Pray for wisdom in the oversight of the group in Carmen and other men in teaching God’s word to them.
  3. Pray for the spiritual growth of every member of the church.
  4. Pray for conversion to all visitors, attendees in online BS and face-to-face BS, and street evangelism, 
  5. Pray for my travel going to Surigao city on Sept. 14, 2022.

F. GRACE COMMUNITY BIBLE CHURCH – DIGOS CITY | Pas. Jepson Pon

  1. Thanksgiving sa mga gawain ng church: group BS, evangelistic youth BS (Sunday, 2-3pm). Pray na magligtas ang Panginoon.
  2. Preaching preparation, wisdom and guidance at makuwalhati ang Dios at ang pag-iingat Niya from error. Sa DCRBC – Davao City ako mangaral at si Christian Pon naman sa GCBC – Digos City. 
  3. Pray para sa church ni Pas. Alberto Lim Jr. Nag-ask sila ng favor sa akin na magkaroon ng regular study sa kanila ng 1689 LBCF. Lord willing, this Saturday magsimula.
  4. Good health ni misis and family at pag-aaral ng mga anak namin.

III. PERSONAL CONCERNS

1. Thanksgiving

  • Healing of those who were infected by covid

2. Birthday

  • Bam (Sep 4) – Thanksgiving for another year and continued strength and grace to be of use sa church ministries. Requests are wisdom for upcoming plans, more love to Christ and the church everyday, and open doors to use my gifts for the church more.
  • Pia C. (Sep 5) – (1) Thanksgiving to God for all His goodness towards me; (2) may the Lord find me faithful until He comes & ’til the end (of my life); (3) More love to Christ & the brethren; (4) spiritual growth; (5) salvation of loved ones… I thank the Lord for MCBC lalo na for pastors. For faithfully speaking to us the truth and for going with us in this life thru your prayers, practical love & support, and for your encouragement. Ako’y tunay na pinagpala! All glory & praises to God. I am not deserving… May I live, with the grace of God, giving glory & honor unto Him.
