MCBC PRAYER ITEMS – 09/21/23

Text: Deu 8:18 But you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, this day.

Lesson: To keep us from pride in prosperity, we must always remember that God is the source our success. 

I. KINGDOM CONCERN

BAGUMBONG REFORMED BAPTIST CHURCH – Caloocan City | Pastor George Santonia

Thanksgivings

  1. Nagpapasalamat kami sa Panginoon sa sustaining grace Niya sa ministry dito at ganon din sa bawat brethren. Nagpapatuloy ang aming pagsamba sa Panginoon every Lord’s Day at patuloy ang aming evening worship, 4:00-5:30 pm.
  2. May dalawang men (Vince at Nathan) na rin na tumutulong sa ministry sa Scripture reading at leading sa afternoon prayer meeting maliban sa amin ni TJ.
  3. Nadadagdagan na din ang aming worship attendance at may isang bagong home Bible attendance.

Prayer Requests

  1. Additional men na tatayo sa harap ng congregation para magamit sa ministry.
  2. Additional home Bible study and worship attendees.
  3. Salvation sa mga unsaved attendees 
  4. Spiritual maturity sa mga brethren.
  5. Tulong ng Panginoon sa akin sa pag-lead ng church dito. More wisdom and guidance at healing din sa aking karamdaman sa lower back pain and right leg.

TRINITY REFORMED BAPTIST CHURCH – Makati City| Pas. Joel Basia

Thanksgivings

  1. Pasasalamat sa successful na operation kay Nelie sa pagtangal sa kanyang ovary, matres at uterus. Sa ngayon nasa stages 1, B. 
  2. Pasasalamat din sa katatapos na membership class sa apat katao. Nawa hindi lang nila naunawaan mga responsabilidad ng isang member kundi makita sa kanila ang biyayang kaligtasan. 
  3. Pasasalamat din sa patuloy na paghubog sa buhay ng Iglesya sa wangis ng Panginoon Jesus. 

Prayer Requests

  1. Patuloy pa rin kaming humihing ng prayer sa susunod sa gagawin para kay Nelie sa Radiotherapy. Nawa patuloy na palakasin ang kanyang katawan sa mga next procedure. 
  2. Nawa patuloy na magligtas ang Panginoon sa mga anak ng mga member at mga regular na dumadalo sa pagsamba. 
  3. Ipanalangin din po yong Bible Study. Nawa buksan ng Diyos ang puso ng mga hindi pa mananampalataya at nawa magbukas pa ang Panginoon ng opportunity sa ibang lugar sa pag-aaral ng salita ng Diyos. 
  4. Panalangin din na nawa na magtayo ang Panginoon ng kalalakihan para sa pagtuturo ng salita ng Diyos. 
  5. Panalangin din po ang Sunday worship. Nawa tulungan ako ng Panginoon sa pangangaral sa buong maghapon, at ang presence ng Diyos ay sumaamin.

VALLEY VIEW BAPTIST CHURCH – Cainta, Rizal | Pastors: Manny Avena and Reginald Detabili

  1. Spiritual Nourishment & Conversion: We are currently engaged in two sermon series. Pastor Reg is guiding us through the teachings of the Ten Commandments. Simultaneously, Pastor Manny is leading us through the book of Ephesians. Please pray that these sermons illuminate our hearts and minds and draw us closer to God and save sinners. And see the beauty of the church. Our Sunday School is embarking on a series on the Doctrine of God. Please pray that this lesson will deepen our understanding of the character and nature of our Creator and that will result in reverence in our worship
  2. Church Building Project: We have taken a significant step forward with our church-building project. Please pray for God’s guidance, and provision.
  3. Mission Outreaches: Our hearts are set on mission outreaches to Dizon Baguio, Olongapo, Palawan, Agkawayan Mindoro, Gloria Mindoro, and the Mangyang tribe in Mondoro. Please pray for safety, wisdom, and boldness in sharing the Gospel to the lost.
  4. Partnership with HeartCry Mission Society: We rejoice in our partnership with the HeartCry Mission Society. Through this collaboration, please pray for the success and alignment of our efforts as we work together to further God’s Kingdom here in the Philippines. And that we can extend our reach and make a more significant impact on the lives of those we serve.
  5. HeartCry Conference: Our pastors and missionaries are preparing to attend the HeartCry Conference next week, September 26 to 28 in Bali, Indonesia. Please pray for spiritual enrichment and equipping during this conference.

GRACE COMMUNITY BIBLE CHURCH – Digos City | Pas. Jepson Pon

Thanksgivings

  1. God’s goodness and faithfulness sa ministry  
  2. Blessed din na may katuwang sa gawain ng Iglesya, si Kyth and Christian.
  3. Thanks be to God din sa pag-ingat ng Panginoon sa akin at paggamit sa Iglesya ng  DCRBC – Davao City, thru preaching every second Sunday.

Prayer Requests

  1. Lord’s Day ministries preparation, teaching and preaching of the word. May our good Lord open the heart of the hearers that will lead them to salvation. 
  2. Bible Studies: Conviction and conversion. Arceno, Lugod, Sultan, Lim, and Abalos family. Sta. Cruz Assessor’s office, every Monday, 10 am. Youth bible study.
  3. Immediate Concern: Venue na maari naming malipatan for gathering. Hanggang December yung grace period na binigay.
  4. Safety din sa buong family, health and protection. 

ALIJIS REFORMED BAPTIST FELLOWSHIP – Alijis, Bacolod | Bro. Armando Rutor  

Thanksgivings

  1. For every Gospel opportunity lalo na sa araw ng Linggo. Resumption of our family Bible study ngayong Friday na naka-schedule sa Carbon family.
  2. Sa Kanyang kalakasan na kami ay makapagpatuloy sa gawain
  3. New source of income ng aming family sa pamamgitan ng pagtinda sa school canteen
  4. Thanks sa lahat ng brethren sa MCBC na patuloy kami (my family, fellowship) sinasama sa inyong mga dalangin at support

Prayer Requests

  1. Dagdag lakas, karunungan, protection at pagmamahal sa Dios para sa akin at sa aking asawa at mga anak.
  2. Dagdag na mga attenders/worshipers sa aming kalagitnaan.
  3. Sana gawing ligtas ng Lord as soon as possible at siyang magpapatuloy sa paglingkod ng matapat hanggang sa Kanyang pagbalik muli. Sana gamitin ng Lord ang mensahe last Sunday para sa kaligtasan ng mga long time at short time attender.
  4. Karagdagan pang mga gospel opportunity sa aming community.

GENSAN COMMUNITY BIBLE FELLOWSHIP – General Santos City | Bro. Mario Betangcol

Thanksgivings

  1. God’s presence on His Day: Napapasalamat po kami sa presensya ng Dios sa bawat pagtitipon namin na patuloy na kumikilos sa aming kalagitnaan at nagdadala ng mga tao para sumamba sa Kanya.
  2. Work Opportunity: Nagpapasalamat din po kami sa Dios sa trabahong pinagkaloob niya kay brother Jeffrey Dumdum na medyo matagal ding naka-stambay mula ng bumaba siya at medyo hirap sila sa pang araw-araw na pangangailangan. Pero salamat sa Dios at nakabalik na uli siya sa trabaho, bagamat ibang barko ang nasakyan niya pero salamat at my trabaho na uli siya.
  3. Evangelism Opportunity: Salamat sa Dios sa mga oportunidad na mapangaral ang ebanghelyo ni Kristo sa mga binuksan Niyang mga pinto para sa Kanyang salita. 

Prayer Requests

  1. Salvation: Sana ay magligtas ang Dios sa aming kalagitnaan lalo na sa mga regular attender ng Lord’s day at Bible study.
  2. Online Study: May plano kaming mga kalalakihan dito na mag-aral doon sa  itinuturo ni Pastor Steve sa structure ng preaching sa online lang kami dahil di kami nakapagpatuloy sa pag-aaral sa live noon. So ngayon po gagawin namin two session every Saturday. Sana ay matuloy kami ngayong second Saturday of October.
  3. Children’s ministry: May plano din po na magtuturo kami uli ng mga bata sa palibot namin dito sa location. Sana ay matuloy din at gamitin ng Dios ito sa kaligtasan ng mga bata at magkaroon kami ng contact sa mga parents.
  4. Unity: Sana ay patuloy po ang pagkilos ng Dios sa aming kalagitnaan sa pagkakaroon ng unity sa bawat isa upang maluwalhati ang Dios.
  5. Job seekers: Please pray din po para kay brod Geovani Pasco na makahanap siya na regular na trabaho para sa panilya niya dahil naalis siya sa dati niyang trabaho at ngayon nagpa-part time na lang po siya sa radio station at kulang sa pang-araw-araw na pangangailangan.
  6. Pregnancy: Please pray din po kay misis (Marilyn) na nagdadalang tao, 6 months po. Sana ay maging malusog siya at ang bata ang kanyang sinapupunan..
