MCBC PRAYER ITEMS – 08/17/23

MCBC PRAYER ITEMS (August 17, 2023)  Meditation: Psalm 34:1-10

I. KINGDOM CONCERNS   

1. CUBA

2. Sovereign Grace Christian Church (San Pedro) Pas Jorge Gumop-as

• Pray that in God’s time, he will raise up another elder from among us to serve with our present sole Elder Pas Jorge.

• We have two members who are under church discipline. Pray for repentance & restoration.

• We maybe endorsing our outreach in San Rafael  Montalban to the fledgling work by CRBC headed by Bro. Mon Mendoza (newly graduate of GMA) at San Isidro. Pray for smooth transition.

• Pray for our outreach in Juban Sorsogon headed by Bro. Rey Escalo. May a Biblical church be established in that area in God’s time.

• Pray for the strength & wisdom to Pas Jorge Gumop-as as in his preaching, teaching and overseeing ministry week after week.

• Pray for conversion to those who are attending our evangelistic Bible study in our vicinity.

3. Trinity Reformed Baptist Church (Silang)

Thanksgiving:

• Newly acquired property for place of worship.

• We thank the Lord for the good number of visitors in our gathering every Lord’s Day and for newly added believers in membership.

Prayer Concerns:

• Pray for open doors for Bible Study, especially in our neighbourhood in Balubad 1st, Silang

Cavite where our church is located.

• Pray for the salvation of unbelievers regularly joining us in our Sunday gathering – the children of members and visitors.

• Pray for the coming Singles’ Conference (Designed for Godly Relationship) on August 21

(Monday), hosted by our church. God’s help for the committee and the speakers – Ptr. Rodel & Ptr. Rene.

• Pray for our various Bible studies: Youth & Children BS in Tagaytay, Youth BS in Dasmarinas

and the twice a month book study of young professionals in our church.

• Pray for the preaching of God’s Word: Pastor Joey on his series in the Book of Genesis, Ptr.

Ranjie on his series in the Book of James and 1689 LBCF. Pray also for the other men leading the worship.
