MCBC PRAYER ITEMS – 07/13/23

Text: James 4:8a “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.”

Lesson: God promises to draw near to us if we draw near to Him through Christ.

I. KINGDOM CONCERN

PURITAN REFORMED BAPTIST CHURCH – Lumban Laguna | Pastor Fidel Domingo

Thanksgivings

1. Sa lahat ng provision ng Diyos na nakakapagpatuloy kami na iglesia ng Panginoong Jesu-Cristo ayon sa Kanyang biyaya at kahabagan.
2. Sa opportunity din ma makapag-aral muli about preaching/sermon preparation na module ng MCBC.

Prayer Requests

1. Patuloy palaguin sa aming puso ng Diyos ang compassionate heart for the lost para matupad namin ang calling ng iglesia bilang ambassador ng Panginoong Jesu-Cristo at ingatan ng bawa’t isa sa amin ang pagkakaroon ng good Christian testimony.
2. Magligtas ang Diyos sa aming kalagitnaan at idagdag sila sa aming iglesia ayon sa Gawa 2:47.
3. Guidance, wisdom at additional na provision ng Diyos sa pagconstruct ng bagong church. Naibenta na namin ang dati naming church building dahil maingay na masyado ang aming paligid. Katabi namin ay 2 resort na very noisy tuwing Sunday at yung katabi namin ay computer machine embroidery shop na maingay din. Nakapalibot din sa building ay firewall kung kaya’t napagisipan namin na ibenta ito. Yung pinagbilhan ay ipapagawa sa another lot na located sa same road para sa better worship place at a quiet place/surrounding for our church gatherings. Ginuguhit pa lang ngayon ang architectural design. Sana matapos na the soonest.
4. Patuloy na maging tapat sa tulong ng Diyos at mapahalagahan ng bawat miyembro ang aming mga church covenant responsibilities para sa kapurihan ng Diyos at sa tugon ng biyaya.

SOVEREIGN GRACE REFORMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH – Morong, Rizal | Pastor Erwin Cadalin

1. God’s preservation as a church and individuals
2. New additional member and 4 applicants 

Prayer Requests

1. Members’ growth in holiness and love for God and each other
2. Continuous unity as a Church
3. Conversion of regular attendees
4. Send off of Bro. Mateo Tarun as a missionary to Bahrain on July 22. Covenanting of the group in Bahrain on September 22. 
5. Health of Pastor Erwin and family 
6. God’s help in preaching and teaching preparation, also wisdom in overseeing members 

TAGUM CITY REFORMED BAPTIST CHURCH | Pastor Jonard Samejon

Thanksgivings

1. Sa presensya ng Diyos sa aming mga pagtitipon, particularly sa Lord’s Day 
2. Sa maraming opportunities na binuksan ng Diyos sa gospel preaching.
3. Sa pagtugon ng Diyos sa prayer namin na magpadala Siya ng mga kalalakihan na makatutulong sa preaching at leading.  

Prayer Requests

1. Sa kaligtasan ng mga regular attendees at mga loved ones namin at sa mga Bible studies: Davao, Panabo, Carmen, Tagum, and Maco. 
2. Sa bunga ng open-air preaching, house-to-house evangelism, and online Bible studies
3. Sa preaching opportunities sa Digos ngayong Saturday, sa Davao City Reformed Baptist Church sa Sunday, at sa July 27, 2023 sa Surigao city.
4. Sa patuloy na paglago ng mga members sa paglilingkod sa Panginoon. 
5. Sa wisdom, humility, passion, at kasipagan sa pag-aaral sa Salita ng Diyos sa akin, kay Rolly, Nelmer, at Jay.
6. Provision ng mga pangangailangan namin at opportunities sa nga members na naghanap ng work at iba pang source of income.

DAVAO CITY REFORMED BAPTIST CHURCH 

Thanksgivings

1. God’s sustaining grace in providing for the spiritual and physical needs of the church
2. Faithfulness of regular visitors in attending the worship
3. Additional help in pulpit supply from TCRBC

Prayer Requests

1. God will give the church a pastor
2. Spiritual growth and preservation of members 
3. Revival of some members who are lagging in their duties
4. Conversion of attendees esp of children of members
5. Commitment to church membership of professing Christians who regularly attend the worship services
6. Perseverance and continued growth of men who lead and teach in the church – Deacon Terrence, Jonathan, Marcial, at Noel

III. PERSONAL CONCERNS

1. Thanksgiving – Henry Dairo (discharged from the hospital)
2. Birthday 

• Alyssa (July 10) – Patuloy na paglago po sa salita ng Diyos and strength and wisdom po sa akin at sa aming mag-asawa sa godly parenting o pagpapalaki po kay baby Theo.  
• Maricon (July 13) – Salamat po sa Diyos sa pag-iingat Niya sa bawat araw. Prayer ko po na patuloy na maranasan ang tunay na delight sa Kanya at sa Kanyang Salita, na naging mas malapit sa Kanya sa panalangin at maging pagpapala sa iba, mabuhay nang higit sa ikaluluwalhati ng Diyos. Nawa’y kaawaan din po ng Lord ang mga mahal ko sa buhay at sila’y maligtas kasama ng mga ka-BS po namin dito sa building.
